Self-Hosted Network Utility
Project Overview
A self-hosted network utility designed for tech-savvy users to keep track of devices and IP address assignments on a local network. It provides a centralized view of IP addresses, MAC addresses, device names, descriptions, and other device information, making it easier to identify devices and keep network assignments organized. The application uses SQLite and can run on Windows or Linux, and I currently host it on a Linux server in my Proxmox home lab.
My Role
I designed and developed the application using ASP.NET Core, Blazor, Entity Framework Core, and a relational database. I implemented the database model, device management interface, filtering and search functionality, validation, and the application logic for adding, editing, and organizing network devices.
